In 2011, Bridge House Tavern opened on the Chicago River. Here, we strove to create a neighborhood tavern in a corporate setting. Upon losing our lease in 2017, we sought to find a new site. Deciding that Wicker Park was the place for us, we found a new home in the former Turkish Bath House at 2039 W North Ave.

Here you will find a polished causal tavern with a friendly, laid-back vibe. We create our take on New American comfort food that is meant to be a fun and enjoyable experience. Whether you come for a drink or a bite to eat you will become part of the

Angry Pig Tavern Family.

The Angry Pig Tavern name is derived from a statue that was on the host stand in Bridge House. He has been taken and then returned multiple times and helps us bring a little of the old place to the new.
